Our Client is a leader in Online aftermarket performance parts distributors with over 100,000 available SKUs consisting of performance vehicles, trucks, jeeps, UTVs, and even motorcycle parts from over 240 aftermarket performance part manufacturers.
Because of the dynamic nature of the company the client had a huge volume of images. The client requirement was urgent automobile photo editing for a large volume of images. Since the requirement was urgent, they were forcing us to work at extremely short turnaround times.
Cost cutting was another factor for our client as In-house image editing was costly as compared to outside. The client wanted to reduce the overhead cost.
After finalizing with the client, we decided on a phased approach to undertake the project; by steadily increasing turnaround volume.We started by editing close to 300 images a fortnight, which was gradually increased to 1500-2000 images per month. This allowed us to meet customer expectations of 7000 images within the requested deadline i.e. 4 months.
We leveraged the power of Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 , Lightroom to edit and clip the images, with original copies for our image editing professionals.
Apart from these as requested by client SNB saved finished images in the Dropbox for PSD output format.
