Lead Researcher

Noida, Sec-63 Full Time

“Core Responsibilities
  • Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
  • Conducting lead research to identify potential prospects.
  • On a daily basis, track prospects – identify decision makers and enter data accurately and consistently into the company’s CRM.
  • Conducting first-level qualifying lead activities including quality checking on information obtained on the leads.
  • Responsible to meet Daily Target.
  • “MUST HAVE” SKILLS
  • Demonstrate success in Internet Research.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills and ability to focus to manage.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and leverage high-level solution knowledge.
  • Strong Business acumen and ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and importance of role.
  • Poise and excellence in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, or similar CRM.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2 plus years of experience into B2B Contact Data.
  • Business Development Executive (BDE)

    Noida, Sec-63 Part Time

    “Core Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Ensure daily activity quotas (calls, emails, etc.) are met and/or exceeded in order to cover assigned territory
  • Generate qualified outreach appointments to determine business objectives for prospects Schedule qualified sales and demo appointments for your RVP
  • Conduct prompt lead follow up as directed and other duties as assigned
  • Stay connected with industry trends and happenings through reading, publications, research and, shared collateral
  • Conduct relevant research on institutions in assigned territory to improve the effectiveness of calling campaigns
  • Use social media to research, follow and network with prospective contacts.
  • “MUST HAVE” SKILLS
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills and ability to focus to manage
  • distractions and maintain consistent, targeted call and email activity levels
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and leverage high-level solution knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with key customer contacts
  • Strong Business acumen and ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and importance of role within the sales cycle
  • Poise and excellence in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
